If you want to cancel a card associated with your account, you can block it from your Customer Area on the website or in the My Emails Prepaid App in the "Card" section and in the drop-down menu by clicking on "Block card". You can always take out another one whenever you want.
If you want to process a total cancellation of your Correos Prepaid account and the associated card(s), we need your account to have a balance of €0. Keep in mind that once you have completely unsubscribed, you will not be able to sign up for new cards.
Once your account is set to 0, you can:
· Either go to a Post Office torequest the cancellation
· Or fill in the form that you will find below at the following link:
It is important that, in order for us to process the cancellation as quickly as possible, you fill in the fields of the form that will be presented to you, as indicated below:
Name and surname: Name and surname that appear in your documentation. Email: Email registered in your Correos account.DNI/NIE/Passport: The one registered in your Correos account.
On the other hand, please note that if you recently made a trade and it is on hold, you must wait for the trade to be processed and after that , we may terminate your account.
Once we receive the request, and we check that all the data provided are correct, we will process your cancellation and we will contact you by email to notify you.
