The steps to follow to validate online purchases are as follows:
- You will receive an SMS with the information of the purchase you are making, referring you to the App for confirmation.
- You will have to access your customer area of the Mi Correos Prepago app or from the website and follow the steps indicated.
- Once inside, in the "Home" section you can see the purchase in pending status, click on "Confirm".
- If you have notifications activated, you will receive a push message with the confirmation of the purchase.
- That's it, you've confirmed your purchase!
It is very important that you do this operation right after you have made the online payment, since the session expires and you may not be able to validate your purchase later
