If your card has been lost or stolen, access your customer profile through the App or the Website and click on your active physical card and within the drop-down menu you can click on block/unlock card.
If this is not possible, you can contact us through soporte@correosprepago.es or by calling 919 03 95 16 to have the card blocked.
After this, you will need to go to a Post Office for the replacement of the card, at a cost of €6.
