To reset your password, you have several options, we tell you about them!
At any Post Office, by going with the document with which you registered, you will be able to reset your password through an SMS (bring your mobile phone too!)
On the web, by following these steps:
- Click on "Forgot your password?" .
- An informational message will appear so you can introduce the last 4 numbers of your card and your pin, and then you will be able to restore your password.
- If you do not remember these details, you must write to support: soporte@correosprepago.es attaching a selfie with the identification document you used when registering. The subject of the email will be: Password reset. Make sure the document is legible in the photo you send us.
- Once the team has reviewed your application and the selfie you have attached, if everything is correct, we will send you an SMS to set your password to 6 to 8 digits.
- Click on the URL that will be sent to you by SMS and configure your new password.
In the App, following these steps:
- Click on the three dots "..." ( bottom left) and then select "Forgot password".
- An informational message will appear so you can follow the steps.
- You must write to support: soporte@correosprepago.es attaching a selfie with the identification document you used when registering. The subject of the email will be: Password reset. Make sure the document is legible in the photo you send us.
- Once the team has reviewed your application and the selfie you have attached, if everything is correct, we will send you an SMS to set your password to 6 to 8 digits.
- Click on the URL that will be sent to you by SMS and configure your new password.
You can also write to soporte@correosprepago.es attaching a selfie holding the document with which you registered, and putting "Password reset" as the subject.
