To return a receipt charged to your account, you need to contact us by sending an email with the subject line "Return of receipt" to soporte@correosprepago.es us:
- IBAN of the account to which it is charged.
- Date of position.
- Amount of the bill.
- Emitter.
As soon as we receive your request with these details, we will duly inform you about the return via email.
